Took him about 20 mins to diagnose the issue. He secured the new part after a couple days, and came back out today, a Sunday, to install. He was done within 30 mins and the part works great. This was a 2nd opinion, quote was $300 cheaper than the first quote. Parts were ready within 10 days. Will called when he was in the area and asked if he could stop by to complete the repair, much appreciated! Will is polite, professional and gets wright to work.  He is not one for small talk, but clearly knows what he is doing, works efficiently and cleans up when finished. For a young master technician, he is highly knowledgeable.
